Bouygues Construction announces leadership changes

Bouygues Construction’s board of directors has announced that Philippe Bonnave has been reappointed as the company’s chairman and chief executive officer, and that Julien Toqueboeuf will take over as chief financial officer on 1 October 2019.

Pascal Grangé was appointed senior vice president and chief financial officer of Bouygues SA effective October 1, so he will leave Bouygues Construction.

Jean-Philippe Trin will become Deputy CEO of Bouygues Construction responsible for the civil works and concessions division.

Marie-Luce Godinot will become executive vice president of Bouygues Construction, responsible for digital transformation, information systems, innovation and sustainable development.

Other members of Bouygues Construction’s executive committee will retain their roles, including Bernard Mounier, Nicolas Borit, Olivier-Marie Racine, Jean-Marc Kiviatkowski and Jean-Manuel Soussan.
