London-listed real estate company Dar Global will build the $1bn Trump Plaza Jeddah, a mixed-use project on King Abdulaziz Road in Saudi Arabia’s second-biggest city.

It will have serviced apartments and townhouses, grade-A office space, a retail courtyard and a Central Park-inspired green space along its length.

The Trump Organisation says it will bring the atmosphere of Manhattan to Jeddah.

The project follows Trump Tower Jeddah, completed in 2024 and a presidential visit to the kingdom in May 2025.

Ziad El Chaar, Dar Global’s chief executive, said: “By combining residential, serviced, and office components with a Central Park-inspired landscape, we are delivering a unique lifestyle destination that reflects both Manhattan’s vibrancy and Jeddah’s strategic role as a cultural and commercial hub.”
