Arabtec has entered a joint venture with South Korea’s GS Engineering & Construction to pursue heavy infrastructure and construction projects in the Middle East and North Africa.
The new venture, called Arabtec-GS Infrastructure, will be headquartered in Abu Dhabi, the Dubai contractor said in a statement.

The partnership will pursue large infrastructure projects like metro, railway, bridge, port and tunnel projects.
Earlier this year Arabtec launched a joint venture with another South Korean firm, Samsung Engineering, to target large energy and power projects in the MENA region.
