Certificate in International Construction Management now available from CIOB Academy

The CIOB Academy has launched a new course leading to a Certificate in International Construction Management designed to equip construction professionals to manage international projects.

Starting 20 April 2021, the course teaches participants how to engage with international business clients and investors and how to apply international project management best practice. 

It contains three technical modules running over six months, each using the CIOB Code of Practice on Project Management, and covers the fundamentals of understanding global markets, rules and regulations, and managing international projects throughout the construction cycle.
