US firm Hill International has received a contract from DUR Hospitality to manage the construction of the Diplomatic Quarter Marriott Hotel in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Â

The two-year deal has an estimated value to Hill of $3m.
The hotel will be a five-star facility with 80 rooms and 140 residential apartments. It will also have a conference centre, a ballroom and a 220-space parking garage. Â
The 39,000 square metre project is expected to achieve LEED Silver certification. Â
Mohammed Al Rais, Middle East president for Hill’s Project Management Group, said: "We are very excited to help deliver the Diplomatic Quarter Marriott Hotel for DUR. Â
"The project will be an asset to Riyadh’s hospitality and tourism sector."
Hill was recently chosen to project manage the first phase of a $900m mixed-use development in Morocco.
