Dubai’s Samana Developers says all 193 apartments in its $68m Manhattan-1 residential tower in Jumeirah Village Circle have already sold out as the project to build it gets underway.

The same number of units in the tower’s twin, Manhattan-2, are 70% sold, it said this week as it launched construction.

Both projects are scheduled for handover in October 2026.

The 275,000-sq-ft towers comprise 16 floors with retail on the ground floor.

All the apartments have built-in private pools. Apartment prices start at $187,586.

Manhattan 1 and 2 are the company’s 11th project launched this year.

It aims to launch 12 projects in 2023, and to be among the top 10 developers in Dubai by year-end.

Home to Nakheel’s Circle Mall, Jumeirah Village Circle lies close to Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Highway and Al Khail Expressway. Its immediate neighbours include Jumeirah Village Triangle, The Springs, Dubai Production City and Dubai Sports City.
