New York developer Innovo Property Group plans to build a six-story industrial building in the Borden Innovation District on Review Ave in Queens.

Set for completion in the autumn of 2025, the “Review Avenue Complex” will have 736,000 sq ft of class-A space and flexible floor plates with suites starting at 25,000 square feet.

It’s being developed with the Urban Investment Group at Goldman Sachs Alternatives.

It will have high-capacity floor loads and truck access to each level by a 35-foot-wide ramp.

It’s designed for up to two tenants on each warehouse floor and has 40 x 42.5-foot column spacing and clear heights up to 32 feet.

It will have four freight elevators, heavy power, and is photovoltaic and electric-vehicle ready.

Each level also has loading docks and parking. The overall complex can accommodate 166 cars and 118 fleet and oversized vehicles.

Located just off the Long Island Expressway, it’s close to all the major routes serving Queens, Brooklyn, and the Bronx.

Innovo founder Andrew Chung said: “We have developed a flexible, productive space that has the entire Tri-State area at its back door.”

Innovo Property Group is backed by Nan Fung Group, a Hong Kong-based global conglomerate.
