Swedish construction company Skanska has announced the sale of three office buildings in Warsaw, Wroclaw and Krakow in Poland for a total of €413m.
In Warsaw, Skanska sold the third office building of the Generation Park complex to German real estate firm Hansainvest for €285m.
The building is due to be transferred to Hansainvest in the third quarter of 2022.
Skanska has also sold two office projects in Wroclaw and Krakow for €128m to the international arm of Sweden’s Stena Property.
Skanska will divest two joint office buildings from the Centrum Południe project in Wroclaw and with the last office building in the High5ive complex in Krakow.
The sale will be finalised in the first quarter of 2022.
