Skanska wins $70m school in Trondheim

Skanska has signed a contract with Sør-Trøndelag council to build a school in Trondheim, Norway.

The $70m Heimdal school will be included in Skanska Norway’s first quarter bookings.

The 30,000 square metre building will accommodate 1,140 students. It will contain a stage with 350 seats in the audience and a sports arena with room for 2,500 people.   

Construction will start this month and is due to be completed in time for the new school year in August 2018.
