Kuwait-headquartered design and supervision consultancy SSH has won a contract to provide construction supervision services for the planned Dhofar Beach Resort development in Salalah, Oman for client Taameer Investment.
Taameer’s hotel project is a five-star beachfront resort complex with a total built-up area of approximately 80,000 sqm.
The resort hotel will have 130 rooms, and a residential component features 85 hotel apartments and 85 exclusive villas.
SSH employs approximately 1,400 people offices in the Gulf, Africa and elsewhere.
