A shopping mall in Poland project managed by UK-based Turner & Townsend has opened to the public.
Turner & Townsend was appointed by property developer Helical Poland to project manage the 67,000 sq m Europa Centralna mall in Gliwice, featuring 120 retail units.
International brands including Tesco, H&M, Bershka, Saturn and Castorama are tenants.
Europa Centralna has been awarded a BREEAM certificate for its design stage.

It is Turner & Townsend’s third project for Helical Poland.
