Work is expected to begin in the third quarter of 2021 with substantial completion targeted for the first quarter of 2025.

The company anticipates booking the contract value into backlog in the first quarter of 2021.

  • Dragados USA, Inc.
  • Hensel Phelps Construction Company
  • OHL NA – Suffolk Joint Venture
