Six-storey modular hotel built in Copenhagen in seven days

Latvian builder Forta Pro has completed an 88-room hotel in Copenhagen seven days after its component parts were shipped from Latvia.

The six-storey Go Hotel, located close to Copenhagen airport, has a brick exterior and rooms ranging from singles to bunk bed dormitories.

All of the hotel’s services, fixtures and fittings were made and installed at Forta Pro’s factory in Ventspils, Latvia.

Martins Motivāns, Forta Pro’s chief executive, said: "As global tourism grows, the hotel construction industry has been booming like never before.

"Forta Pro owns and operates two large and modern modular production factories in Latvia that enables developers to accomplish the delivery of hotels to fit with the market demand, ensuring high quality, speed and efficiency."
