Dubai-headquartered Khansaheb Civil Engineering has signed a training partnership agreement with the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB).

Signed at Khansaheb’s head office in the presence of CIOB chief executive Caroline Gumble and Khansaheb managing director, Stephen Flint, the partnership sees the CIOB working alongside Khansaheb to develop professional and technical training programmes, giving employees a route to a chartered status.

“The training partnership initiative is part of our ongoing commitment to train and upskill our workforce,” said Flint. “We are hoping that through this agreement with the CIOB, we will provide our staff with the support and guidance they need to develop their professional competence and qualifications within the construction industry.”

Caroline Gumble said: “CIOB has a long history of working directly with construction companies to support and help develop their teams. Our training partnerships encourage professional development, providing a path to chartership and membership of the worldwide CIOB community.

“I’m therefore delighted that CIOB has signed a training partnership with Khansaheb and we now embark on a collaboration which will benefit our members, our partners in the industry and the wider construction community.”
