Eiffage Énergie Systèmes, a subsidiary of France’s Eiffage, has had a busy summer in Spain.
It already has 5,000 staff there, and annual revenues topping €1bn, but it wants to boost its presence in the country’s energy services market.
So it has bought three Spanish companies in the sector: CVS, M3i Controls and Inmotechnia.
CVS has 300 employees and was founded in 2020, specialising in commercial and industry refrigeration systems, plus fire detection and protection. In 2024, it generated €60m in revenue.
Catalonia’s M3i Controls specialises in commercial buildings control and automation systems. It has 26 employees and earned €3m in revenue in 2024.
Inmotechnia is a building energy management systems company with 64 staff and revenue of €10m in 2024.
