Hill lands Spanish data centre contract

Paris-headquartered data-centre operator Data4 has hired Hill International to project manage a new campus at San Agustín de Guadalix, a town some 45km north of Madrid.

The campus called MAD2 will have four data centres on a 6.5-hectare site with a total capacity of 80MW.

The investment will bring the number of Data4’s centres in Spain to seven. It’s MAD1 campus, with three data centres, is in Alcobendas on the outskirts of Madrid.
