Swiss headquartered materials manufacturer LafargeHolcim has rebranded in America to “Holcim US” to consolidate its legacy brands under one umbrella, including Lafarge, Holcim, Aggregate Industries, Malarkey Roofing Products and Lattimore Materials.
The company says in a statement that the rebranding is also part of an overall goal to transition into a net zero business.
Currently operating in 43 US states, Holcim US sells cement, concrete, aggregates and asphalt.
Toufic Tabbara, interim chief executive of Holcim US’ cement division, said: “Holcim US, we now share a common purpose and vision that draws on the Group’s rich 200-year heritage of building progress.
“As the company transforms to become the global leader in innovative and sustainable building solutions, our US organisation becomes even more closely linked to the leadership position that Holcim Group has been building globally.”
