Hill International wins project management roles on four Egyptian hotels

US consultant Hill International has won project management roles on the construction and refurbishment of four hotels in Egypt. The $250m contract was awarded by Egyptian conglomerate Talaat Moustafa Group.

Hill International will:

  • Build the Madinaty Four Seasons Hotel, which will contain 300 rooms and 123 villas across seven floors
  • Renovate the top six floors of the Nile Plaza Four Seasons Hotel
  • Modernise the San Stefano Four Seasons Hotel
  • Refurbish the Nile Kempinski Hotel.

Waleed Abdel Fattah, Hill International Africa’s managing director, said: "Hill specialises in helping our clients control and manage complex programmes like this one for Talaat Moustafa Group.

"This marks another opportunity for Hill to support a client that is investing in growing the Egyptian economy with new job opportunities, and bolstering the tourism market with refurbished and new hotel facilities."

Work on the projects is due to be completed by early 2023.

Recently Hill International won contracts in Brazil, India and Saudi Arabia.
