Architecture and engineering consultancy SSH has been selected by Emaar and WSP for full architecture services on a 78-storey luxury apartment tower at Emaar’s flagship Downtown Dubai development.
Named "Grande", and located beside the Dubai Opera and opposite Burj Park and lake, the project comprises a promenade and tower for retail and 866 apartments.
"The tower will be a significant addition to the Downtown Dubai skyline and will become a contributing and symbolic landmark in the development of the Opera District," said Michael Byron, Resident Director – UAE, at SSH.
Atop the podium will be a swimming pool and expansive deck.
