Kuwait-headquartered international construction consultancy SSH has been appointed lead design consultant for a twin-tower mixed-use residential scheme in Islamabad.

It will be its “first signature residential development” in Pakistan, the company said.

The client is a joint venture of Paragon Developers and the Defence Housing Authority Islamabad-Rawalpindi.

Called “Aurum One”, the towers will be located near Islamabad’s Giga Mall on the G.T Road on a 10,000-sq-m plot.

With a total built area of some 146,000 sq m, the towers will have one-to-three-bedroom apartments, shops, gym, and a rooftop pool.
