A spokesperson for the Dutch company said that its agreement with Microsoft prevented it from announcing any further details of the reward, when the project would begin or how long it would take.

BAM recently won a contract to build a sea lock worth about $500m. The lock is located in the port city of IJmuiden in the province of North Holland. Bam is undertaking half of the work, and its fellow Dutch contractor VolkerWessels will carry out the rest.
