Leighton Asia, a subsidiary of Australia’s Cimic Group, has won an US$81m contract to build two residential towers in Mumbai.
They are being built for Century Estates on its Birla Niyaara development the southern suburb of Worli. When complete in 2027 they will have 273,000 sq m of lettable space.
The towers will be 70 and 72 storeys and will have a common basement, podium and terrace. A club house and retail section will also be built.
