Mace bolsters Singapore office with Asia Pac FM managing director

UK-headquartered Mace, a consultancy and construction company, has appointed Megan Webb to lead its facilities management (FM) practice in the Asia Pacific region.

She joins from ISS China, where she worked as worked as director of its corporate accounts division with responsibility for 2,000 staff in the country.

Working from Mace’s newly opened new regional office in Singapore, she will work with Nick Brand, Mace’s new regional director for Asia Pacific, to secure new business for Mace Macro, Mace’s FM practice in the region.

It includes offices in India, Vietnam and Hong Kong, where Mace has more than 300 staff.

Mace Macro is currently delivering facilities management services to a number of global corporate clients in the region, including Invesco and Signify.

Ross Abbate, group managing director of Mace Macro, said: "We are targeting big growth in the Asia Pacific region over the next few years – there are big opportunities on offer and we think we have the perfect offer for global clients looking to expand their presence. Megan is the perfect choice to deliver this growth; her excellent regional experience means that she is able to translate Mace’s global reach and expertise into fantastic local results."
