Plans have been announced for a 26,000-sq-m Pokémon attraction that will open in 2026 at the Yomiuriland theme park in Inagi, west Tokyo.

PokéPark Kanto will be the first permanent Pokémon themed amusement park, following temporary attractions in Nagoya and Taiwan in 2005 and 2006.
