Skanska doubles down on Poland with €69m Warsaw tower

Swedish builder-developer Skanska will invest €69m in the first phase of ‘Studio’, an office complex in Warsaw, Poland.

The first, 14-storey building will have a total leasable area of 17,600 sq meters.

In all, the Studio scheme consists of two buildings with a combined 43,000 sq m. It will be located in the Wola district between Prosta and Łucka Streets, next to the Daszyński and ONZ Roundabouts metro stations.

It will have a large green square as a new Warsaw landmark.

Construction of the first phase of Studio starts next month and is scheduled for completion in the third quarter of 2023.

Skanska develops commercial properties in Poland, the Czech Republic, Romania and Hungary.
