Swedish contractor Skanska said today it will invest €28m in the third phase of the High5ive office complex located in Krakow, Poland. The third phase consists of one building with a total leasable area of about 11,150 sq m.

The building will be Skanska’s first WELL certified office building in Krakow and will also be certified according to LEED and Building without Barriers.

Construction will start in April and is scheduled for completion in the fourth quarter of 2021, the company said.

High5ive is Skanska’s largest office development in Krakow, located next to the main railway station.

The complex will ultimately comprise five office buildings with a total leasable area of about 70,000 sq m.

ABB, PwC, Accenture and Business Link are among the tenants in the completed buildings.

As well as contracting, Skanska develops commercial properties in Poland, Czech Republic, Romania and Hungary, and residential properties in Prague and Warsaw.
