A team comprising the Trump Organization, US developer Sapir Organization and Georgia’s Biograpi Living, Archi Group, Blox Group and Finvest Georgia are to develop Trump Tower Tbilisi, an estimated 70-storey building which has been touted as the country’s tallest.
Designed by Gensler and overlooking Tbilisi’s Central Park, the mixed-use project will contain residences, retail space, restaurants and lifestyle amenities.
Ilia Tsulaia, Archi Group co-founder, said Trump Tower Tbilisi would be “a landmark that will transform the skyline and elevate Georgia’s presence on the global stage”.
Further project details are promised in the coming months.
In February 2026, the Trump Organization announced it would build Australia’s tallest building, at 335m, in Queensland’s Surfers Paradise.
In October 2025, London-listed real estate company Dar Global announced it would build the $1bn Trump Plaza Jeddah, a mixed-use project on King Abdulaziz Road in Saudi Arabia’s second-biggest city.
