Called the K31 Courtyard, the project has two residential towers which are linked by a stepped podium which surrounds a private park. The towers face each other diagonally to maximise views and daylight, and their apartments have varied sizes to encourage a wide social mix of residents, and come with a choice of bay windows and french balconies.
