Munich-based construction collaboration platform, thinkproject, has won a contract from the Vienna Healthcare Association (VHA) to support a €2.7bn plan to redevelop all of Vienna’s hospitals.
VHA is responsible for eight hospitals and nine nursing homes. All will be renovated and expanded between now and 2040.
The organisation’s aim is to map all projects on a single platform.
"As a tightly-organised unit that manages almost 100 construction sites, it is very important to us to establish a system that is consistent from the outset and meets the requirements of all project participants," said Arne Schlachter, from the project management firm working for VHA.
