Skanska to build $215m bio-manufacturing facility in Washington State

Swedish contractor Skanska has landed a $215m contract with biotechnology company Seagen to build it a 25,000 sq m biomanufacturing facility.

The plant is in the city of Everett, about 35km north of Seattle. It will contain manufacturing, storage, shipping, office and a café.

Construction the project is under way and due to be completed in the last quarter of 2024.
